Mosaic West Seattle

Our story

The Mosaic Family of Churches has sensed God’s heart for a church to be planted in West Seattle for more than 5 years now, believing that God is on the move in the Southwest region of Seattle and beyond.
For years now, there have been small groups of people gathering in house churches faithfully in the neighborhood, but there was no clear timeline for planting a church.

Good news, God has made the timeline much more clear and has brought the team together!
Dennis and Tammy Luong had been part of the early years of Mosaic Meadowdale, but felt called to move to Boston to participate in what God was doing in our extended family of churches through Antioch New England over the last 8 years.

In the summer of 2025, they followed the Lord's call to come back to Seattle, where they both grew up north of Seattle, so they could begin the process of leading a group of people to officially plant Mosaic Community Church West Seattle. The team is now gathering as a discipleship school and house churches in order to launch Sunday services later this year!

Right now you can find the team at Mosaic West Seattle loving the people in West Seattle with all their hearts, lifting it up in prayer, and getting involved in the community. Pray with us for the Mosaic Community Church West Seattle team, and for a prosperous launch!
